Al Qudra Oasis
South East of Dubai begins the vast and fascinating desert of the United Arab states. And this is exactly where we will be able to take in the most beautiful light moods for the sunset. The Al Qudra oasis is perfect as it is easy accessible and is far from extream light pollution.
We will start taking photos during the sunset with the beautiful sand dunes and dreamlike oasis and we will provide assistance to photographers if needed. The blue hour is also great for timeblending with the milkyway so we will use that time to get forgroud photos for our Milkyway shots.
When the night falls, we will first have an essential theory on astrophotography for 2 hours, a large Camper RV will be available to us, with a large LED screen to support the theoretical part with many sample pictures. Refreshing beverages and snacks will be provided and a bathroom will be available as well.
During the theroy session, the food will be prepared and served right after where we will sit comfortably to a barbeque around a fire place and dine together according to traditional Arabic tradition. There will be plenty of time to relax and photography related discussions/conversation.
Until the Milky Way emerges, we will also try some light painting and let our creativity run wild.
Toward midnight, the Milkyway rises slowly above the horizon, and the immense arc arch stretches over the entire desert. We will be able to photograph the stars for 3 hours before the astronomical dawn breaks in at 3 o’clock in the morning.
For the sunrise we will also integrate fantastic spots and capture the best light.
